Scraped leads are stored in your account until: (a) you delete them, or (b) they are automatically removed after the retention period configured by the platform (e.g. default 365 days from creation, configurable by the operator). After that, they are permanently deleted from our systems.
Screenshots taken during scraping may be kept temporarily for debugging. Logs and run history (e.g. source run success/failure) are retained for a limited period for support and reliability metrics.
Account and billing data are retained while your account is active. After account closure, we retain only what is required for legal or accounting purposes.
We may change retention periods with notice. You can export your data before any shortening of retention takes effect.
